The first in the chain to roll out its Rise Breakfast Bar, it's been a hit with morning diners who love to eat healthy, fresh breakfasts, or for those who are on the run.
Rise specialises in organic produce wherever possible, and smaller portions that are regularly replenished to ensure freshness.
Free-range eggs, small veal-and-chicken sausages and lightly cooked bacon make up the traditional hot buffet.
I tried a tasty veal sausage and free-range poached egg, which left me satisfied without feeling bloated.
A low-fat muffin and quality di Manfredi flat white also went down well.
The mandate to serve di Manfredi is that a barista must be on duty; the Rydges barista is there to make you great quality coffee from 6am to 9am daily.
Rydges is also now providing coffees in trays to take away; local business people are dropping by for their morning fix before the hectic work schedule begins.
But I couldn't leave without testing out the juice bar - a colourful feast for the eyes as watermelon, oranges, apples, rockmelons and pineapples sit in their baskets until they are blended into delicious kick-starters.
The tastes were refreshing and the service was warm.
